Etobicoke is the part of Toronto that most people pass through rather than stop in. The 401, the 427 and the Gardiner all cross it; Pearson sits on its northwest shoulder; Dixon Road links the airport strip to Islington and Kipling. Which is exactly why the licensed studio in this part of the city gets as much traffic from Mississauga and the airport hotels as it does from Etobicoke itself. It is on Kelfield Street, just off Dixon, between the 427 and the 401. This guide covers where it is, why it is there, how to reach it from each side of the west end, and what a first visit looks like.
Where the licensed studios can operate
Toronto's body-rub parlours operate under Chapter 545 of the Municipal Code. The City issues a fixed number of establishment licences, 25 in total, and restricts them to employment industrial zones, so the licensed studios cluster in the industrial pockets around the airport, along the rail corridors, and in the older manufacturing blocks of Rexdale and north Etobicoke. Kelfield Street is one of those pockets: a quiet industrial street two minutes from the Dixon Road exit, with nothing residential in sight.
Licensed means inspected. Every attendant holds an individual City of Toronto licence, and the establishment licence is posted at reception. For anyone coming across the 427 from Mississauga or Malton, that posted licence is the practical difference between a studio you can verify on the spot and a listing you cannot. If it is your first visit, our Etobicoke first-timer's guide walks through what a session looks like from the front door onward.
Why the airport district specifically
The Dixon Road and Carlingview strip between the 427 and the 401 is one of the densest hotel corridors in the country, built for Pearson's overnight and layover traffic. It is also zoned industrial on its side streets, which is the zoning Chapter 545 requires. The result is a licensed studio five minutes from the terminals and, in a pinch, walking distance from a dozen hotels. No other licensed Toronto studio sits this close to the airport.
Sensa Spa: the Premier Spas studio for Etobicoke and the west
Premier Spas runs three licensed studios across the GTA. Sensa Spa, Premier Spas' licensed erotic massage studio in Etobicoke, is the one that covers the west end: Etobicoke, the Pearson Airport district, Malton, Weston, Islington, and Mississauga across the border. It is a private studio with a published daily roster, so you can see which attendants are working before you book. The other two Premier Spas studios are Pure Spa in East York and Perla Spa in North York; Sensa is the west-end location.
Sessions at Sensa Spa include body rub, sensual massage, full-body massage, tantric massage and nuru massage, in 30, 40 and 60 minute bookings, with longer or custom sessions arranged at reception. We break down the differences between those session types in our guide to erotic massage techniques in Etobicoke.
Choosing a session length
- 30 minutes is the entry point: a full-body sensual massage with no time for much else. Fine for a lunch break or a tight layover.
- 40 minutes is the most common booking. Enough for a proper body rub with time left for the attendant to work at her own pace.
- 60 minutes is what to book for nuru or tantric, both of which are slower by design. It is also the right length if you want body-to-body contact as part of a longer session rather than a rushed finish.
- Longer and custom sessions are arranged at reception when the attendant's schedule allows; ask when you call.

Getting there from the west side
From Pearson Airport and the airport hotels: Dixon Road east from the 427, then south on Kelfield. Five minutes, less at night. Most of the hotels on Dixon and Carlingview are within a short cab ride, and several are close enough to walk if the weather cooperates.
From Mississauga: the 401 or 427 to the Dixon Road exit. From Square One it is about 15 minutes; from Malton and the Airport Corporate Centre, under 10.
From Islington and central Etobicoke: north on Islington Avenue or Kipling to Dixon Road, then west. Ten minutes by car from Islington subway station.
From Weston and the Humber corridor: west along Lawrence or the 401 to Dixon. About 10 minutes by car from Weston Road and Lawrence.
From Rexdale and north Etobicoke: south on Martin Grove or Kipling to Dixon, then east. Under 10 minutes from Albion Road.
The entrance is private, and the building is on an industrial street with no foot traffic and no retail neighbours.

What to expect on a first visit
Start with the roster on the Sensa Spa page; attendants are listed by the day they are working, so you can choose before you call. Phone ahead to hold the time. When you arrive you check in at reception, choose your session length, and are taken through to a private room where the attendant meets you. There is no shared waiting room. If you are coming from the airport with luggage, say so when you book; reception can tell you what to expect.
Weekends and evenings are the busiest windows, partly because of the airport hotels. If you want a specific attendant on a Friday or Saturday night, book earlier in the day rather than calling from the hotel at 10 p.m.
